Thank you to Hawke’s Bay Children’s Holding Trust for the support provided in December.
The funding was used towards our Mentor Coordinator fees. Our Mentor Coordinators support mentored matches through recruiting, vetting and training new mentors, facilitating new match meetings, maintaining relationships with schools and social workers, and providing ongoing support and supervision of new and current matches (mentors and mentees).
Since we received notification of an approved grant we have already opened four new matches. Your funding helps us support both new and existing matches.
